Whether your goal is just to get out the door or to get back into the game, join us Tuesday June 19th at 7:00 pm for our New and Returning Runners Night. We’ll cover the basics of starting out, race etiquette, and more.
We’ll also welcome the trainers from AGH’s team who will be demonstrating proper pre and post runs stretches to keep you running healthy from day one!
We’ll be offering up some great incentives to keep you going!
